Annular cutter cut up to four times faster than
twist drills. Annular cutter only cut the width of the
teeth. The core is ejected. Lower energy requirem-
ents and less wear result in a longer working life

Twist drill has to machine the entire diameter
of the hole. This calls for considerable downward
pressure and high driving power

Insert Weldon shank pilot pin into annular cutter

Push annulow cutter into arbor and tighten hexagon soc
ket screw firmly

Check proper seating of annulow cutter in arbor holder

Drill to full dimension straight away. No centring or pre-d-
rilling required

The blade geometry of the annular cutter permits rapid
upward chip removal

The spring-loaded pilot pin facilitates removal of the cut-
out

Observe table of cutting speeds and employ appropriate
cooling agent
